After completing Double Masters in Human Computer Interaction and Design from KTH, Sweden and UPM, Madrid, I have worked in internet security industry, research agencies and startups.

Started working as a UX Researcher to advance the company's technical documentation channels (docs.mcafee.com). After a year, I was promoted as Enterprise UX Researcher and started working for our device to cloud cybersecurity product development research, closely collaborating with other researchers, UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, PMs, Content Strategists, Information Developers, Data Analysts, Taxonomists, Engineering and Support teams, SMEs and Sales teams.

As part of my Masters Programs, started pursuing an internship with RISE Viktoria on the project "Accessibility in Autonomous Vehicles focused on the study of Vibro-tactile navigation guiding tools for the deaf, blind and deaf-blind users”. The main goal with the thesis was to understand the changes that is needed in the current technology for making autonomous vehicle more accessible for the mentioned target users. The project had multiple studies including expert reviews, qualitative interviews, UX testing, focus group workshops and field observations. I completed my thesis work in July 2019.

I got the opportunity to collaborate with the start-up company named Yosso to help them in designing few specific functionalities on their already launched applications. Discussions and brain-storming sessions with the teams and the CEO, designing wire-frames and hi-fidelity prototypes were developed using Sketch and Invision for sharing the designs with the developer teams and also for client and stakeholder discussions.

As part of a Masters course at UPM (I&E), got the wonderful opportunity to work as a part-time UX student consultant for the company Graffter. Worked closely with the company to understand their needs and conducted multiple user studies throughout the whole process to finally present the company with valuable recommendations provided by their target group users itself. Qualitative and Quantitative interviews were the main method used for the completion of the project with brainstorming and ideation meetings throughout the design process.

Worked in a team of 3 to visualize spot price data from Amazon Web Services. Created a web interface for visually comparing pricing of different instances and regions for the DigitalRoute employees using usability testing and interviews during the design process. This experience helped me gain confidence in working with a big team or company which was new to the field of UX Designing. Semi-Structured one-on-one interviews with the target users, multiple design iterations, web design prototypes using Sketch and Invision was used during the course of my internship.

As a Business Analyst for the executives of the Shell Project, I was in charge of the content research and presenting the information effectively to the clients as well as internally. This post mainly defat with discussions with the executives and creating story boards and designs for them for their meetings with the clients. The tools I mainly used were Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Visio. I got my admission for my Masters while working at CGI. I decided to quit, even though I had a great experience with CGI so that I could pursue my higher studies.
